Thursday Night Training Series

Date: Thursday Nights - April 9th - October 1st, 2026

Registration Time: 5:00-6:00 pm

Race Times: 5:30 pm for early race; 6:05 pm for late race

Early Race: Men’s/Open - Cat 4, Novice

• NOTE: Early race riders must score 50 points in the early race prior to racing in the late race.

Late Race: Men’s/Open - Cat 1/2/3/4 & Cat Pro 1/2/3

Races are held under USA Cycling event permit #15559. Results can be found at start/finish; check with officials.

Race Format

​

• Points race with sprints every 3 laps.

• Top four riders score points: scored 5, 3, 2, 1.

• 20 points will be awarded to riders that lap the field.

• Early Race: tempo pace until first sprint bell

• Late Race: will regroup after first sprint and stay together until second sprint bell

Distance

• Distance of each race is determined by daylight and weather conditions.

• Early Race: 15 laps

• Late Race: 30 laps

​

Rain Out Policy:

• This race will not start if it is racing.

• If it rains during the race and less than half of the race is completed, the officials will determine if it is a complete and scored race.

​

Prizes

• NO PRIZES. This is a training race to practice and improve your skills on a safe course.

• The top three racers who accumulate the most points each month in the late race will receive gift cards to: McCall Collective Brewing Company - 7743 Hamilton Blvd, Breinigsville

Entree Fee

• $15.00 - includes the insurance surcharge

• $15.00 one-day license fee - for Novice Men and Women ONLY

• No pre-registration required and late charges.

• Field Limit: 50 riders (early race) and 80 riders (late race)

• NOTE: $5.00 number charge for first race.

• You must bring and wear your number each week to the race.

• If you need a replacement number, you will be charged $5.00.

• If you forget your number one night, it’s a $2.00 charge.
